The Company reserves the right to refuse or accept the returned item(s) based on our assessment of their condition and adherence to the policy guidelines.
Condition of Return
I gladly accept returns.
✦ Contact me/us within: 30 days of delivery before sending the parcel back. I will send you the detailed instruction. After 30 Days your order is marked as delivered all sales will be considered FINAL and no return claims whatsoever shall be entertained.
✦ Item(s) must be sent back to me within 1 week after having notified me of the return.
✦ Item(s) must be returned in unused (original) condition as long as it has no signs of wear or any alterations.
✦ Item(s) must be sent back insured with signature confirmation (it will be the buyer’s full responsibility if the return is lost or damaged during the transit).
✦ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then we will initiate the Refund.
✦ Funds will be reimbursed ONLY after a quality check of the item(s) of the item delivered to us. 100% refund will be credited within a 2 or 3 working days to your last payment sources or bank account as the case may be.

YES - Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance
